We do not offer any money-back offer once the service is rendered. Once we deliver the website or product, that is it. It also depends on the product. We don't lock you into any long-term contract, but we cancel it if we don't receive payment for a product in time. When it comes to digital ads, we can't make 100% promises on what they will get. We will do our best to create good content but can't make any assurances outside of that. 

Ad spend is included in all of our packages.  Ad spend will vary depending on the different needs of different customers. You can add additional ad spend to PREMIUM PACKAGE for a 15% management fee. You can purchase Premium Package with $5,000 additional advertising dollars. And $5,000 goes to additional ad spend. The extra $5,000 ad spend incurs a 15% management fee, so the total extra ad spend would be $4,250. 

We use our own ad account, not the customers. However, if your ad account is blocked, you can always try to get it appealed. Or try to make a new one. 

The first month is all about Optimization and finding the right strategy. We want to ensure we have the best system in place for you before we launch the campaign. The initial process may take a few weeks before we get the campaign up and running. This is normal. But rest assured, the actual period does not officially start until the campaign goes live. Example: You purchase Lead Gen Package A on the 1st of the month but the campaign does not go live until the 15th, We would then run the campaign until the 15th of the following month.

Keep in mind, when it comes to Lead Gen, It is important to keep expectations and timelines ahead of time.

SEO is actual work being done to the website that strengthens its foundation and makes it more appealing to Search Engines. As a result, the website ranks higher and is more visible to prospective clients on Search Engines such as Google and Bing. 

YES, Social Growth works on any account. The quality of their content will determine the level of engagement that they get however the growth itself can be done on any account.

Typically, we will not need the private login credentials. We can request access through the business manager to gain access to different accounts. When you get in touch with your project manager for each service they will break down the instructions and walk you through the process.
